4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

4.1. Delivery is available worldwide.
4.2. Available delivery methods:

  • International courier services: DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, Meest.
  • Ukrainian delivery services: Ukrposhta, Nova Poshta.
  • Specialized art transportation companies: ArtDom, Kiy Avia Cargo.
  • Self-pickup from Odesa.
    4.3. Delivery time depends on the region and the operation of transport companies.
    4.4. The store is not responsible for delays caused by postal and courier services.
    4.5. The shipping cost is paid separately by the buyer and is not included in the price of the artwork.

5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

5.1. Returns are possible within 14 days from the date of receipt.
5.2. Custom-made artworks (e.g., based on an individual sketch) are not subject to return or exchange.
5.3. In case of receiving a damaged item, the buyer must notify customer support within 24 hours.
5.4. The cost of return shipping is paid by the buyer.

6. COPYRIGHT

6.1. All images presented on the website are protected by copyright.
6.2. Copying, distributing, or using images without the permission of the copyright holder is prohibited.
6.3. Purchasing an artwork does not grant the right to its commercial use.
